Diane Swanstrom

Diane Swanstrom joined the Corrections Division of the Stephenson County Sheriff’s Office, on December 1, 2015, after having worked at MetLife Auto & Home for 36 ½ years.
Diane’s responsibilities include; assisting in the daily operation of the jail, maintaining inmate files, processing invoices and recordkeeping of budgetary line items, balancing checkbooks, reporting monthly state and federal reports, ordering administrative and inmate supplies, attendance record keeping, and completing new hire paperwork. Diane also assists attorneys, law enforcement, the public, and completes other working duties as assigned by the Jail Administrator.
Diane enjoys spending time with her family, especially her four grandchildren. She is an avid animal lover and supports all organizations with the same passion.
