I was charged with a misdemeanor or felony offense and was released without being fingerprinted. What do I need to do?

If you were arrested and charged with either a misdemeanor and/or a felony offense and were released without booking pursuant to the Pre-Trial Fairness Act, you must be fingerprinted prior to your first court date. Appointments are required for all arrest fingerprinting services, and a valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of fingerprinting. If you were issued an arrest fingerprint notice card when you were served with your charging documents, you should bring it with you to your appointment.

To request an appointment for arrest fingerprints, please complete and submit the form found our website at: https://stephensonsheriff.com/arrest-fingerprints, and a member of our team will follow up with you as soon as possible to schedule your appointment. Please note that form submissions are only monitored during our regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Submissions received outside of these hours will be reviewed the next business day. We do our best to be flexible when scheduling, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to coordinate appointments efficiently.
