What happens if I fail to appear for an administrative hearing?

If the owner of a motor vehicle that was towed and impounded pursuant to Stephenson County Ordinance Chapter 372 Article III fails to appear it shall result in a default order against the vehicle owner for the full $350.00 in addition to the costs incurred resulting from the requested hearing.
